Storm Update 11-22-11

It still seems amazing how so short an event could create such havoc for so long in the lives of so many....whew!

We continue to run our crews 6-7 days per week, sunup to sundown, in an effort to get back to our regular schedule.  To our clients we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to get on site and care for your property.  We are not accepting new clients during this period - a first for Joshua Tree - so that we can focus on the core jobs we've been asked to complete (there are hundreds).

Another 2 to 3 weeks should - SHOULD - see us clear of this unique stretch, and we know that you'll be as glad as we will be when we can return to a 'normal' 60 hour work week.

While you wait for us to get to you, why not check out our latest video slideshow showing our crews at work!  While your here, subscribe to our blog and have it delivered to you automatically every time it's updated, and do the same with our YouTube Channel while your there.

Thank you so very much for your business, your confidence and your patience!

Warmly,
Joshua Tree

Emergency Storm Response / Video Link

As most people struggle to comprehend how so short an event can also be so devastating, having effects that change the landscape of - in some cases - hundreds of years, Joshua Tree is busily responding to the call.  Or  we should say calls (over 300 thus far and 150 emails) that each require attention and care.

Our crews cut, shoveled and plowed their way into our main facility Sunday, rolling out for an unusual day of work, removing trees from houses through sundown.  But it didn't stop there.  There were also trees on cars, power lines and blocking driveways.  And every member of the Joshua Tree team has been working non stop ever since, from our crews, office staff and field arborists....everyone is mobilized.

Thursday saw two of our crews performing a historic removal in downtown bethlehem (see the link here for WMFZ exclusive coverage of skilled crews tackling this specialized procedure), and it's an honor and a privilege to be called upon to serve in such an important capacity.

To our clients we say that we are committed to appropriately prioritizing your work and putting a skilled crew on site to thoroughly address all issues on your property.
To the public we say that we are committed to minimizing the impact we have on your travel plans, traffic flow and naturally we will work diligently to keep you safe as we perform our unique work.
